Enjoy the skill of Chef Pat Meyer of NC Food Fix as she takes guests beyond the borders to the shores of the Mediterranean. Paired with wines from Piccione Vineyards, classic Dolma stuffed grape leaves with lemon sauce and a choice of roasted red pepper or black olive hummus with homemade pita bread begin your descent into time and space. Hostess Susan Pasch will regale seen visitors with stories of the unseen while enjoying the next course of antipasto salad followed by lemon chicken soup. The main dish of chicken Souvlaki with local fall vegetables rounds out the family-style dinner service before taking the party outside (weather permitting) next to the fire. Bring your cameras and ghost hunting tools and get ready to walk some of it off on amateur ghost hunts of the 100+ year old property.
